Day 1 - Arrive Bucharest, Romania
Upon arrival at the airport you’ll be warmly greeted by your guide and escorted by private car to the charming K+K Elisabeta Hotel. This evening, enjoy a welcome dinner with a lively folklore show. Meals D
Day 2 - Bucharest / Sibiu
Join your guide this morning for a private city tour, including the Palace of Parliament, the Roman Athenaeum, and the fascinating open-air Folk Museum.
Then travel by private car across the scenic Transylvanian Alps to Sibiu. Your journey through the scenic Olt River valley includes a visit the Cozia Monastery built in 1386.
This evening, enjoy a hearty Romanian dinner and our unique village overnight at the Sibiel Inn. Meals B,D
Day 3 - Sibiu / Sighisoara
Enjoy a privately guided walking tour in medieval Sibiu, once the richest town in Transylvania. Then visit the Saxon fortress church in the tranquil village of Biertan.
Continue to Sighisoara , Romania’s best-preserved medieval fortified town, for a private walking tour including the Clock Tower Museum and the house where Dracula was born. Overnight at the comfortable Sighisoara Hotel. Meals B,D
Day 4 - The Countryside of Transylvania / Sinaia
Travel with your private car and driver to the fairytale town of Brasov, founded in the 12th century. Your personal guide will lead you on an exploration through the picture-perfect Old Town to visit the Gothic Black Church, so-named after its massive Gothic walls were blackened by a fire that devastated much of the town.
Continue to Bran Castle, the residence of Bram Stoker’s vampire count. Enjoy a peaceful evening and overnight at the Sinaia Palace Hotel, set in a resort town nestled in the Carpathian Mountains. Meals B,D
Day 5 - Sinaia / Bucharest
Visit the ornate and elegant Peles Castle, once the summer residence of Romanian royalty, before your return drive to Bucharest. Check-in to the K+K Elisabeta Hotel and enjoy dinner and a free evening. Meals B,D
Day 6 - Bucharest
