Day 1 - Welcome to Arenal

Day 2 - A FreeStyle Day in Arenal
Tailor your vacation with one of these great prepaid adventures!
- Arenal Hanging Bridges: Explore this primary forest in La Fortuna as you venture across 15 hanging bridges, some as long as 300 feet - with great views of Arenal Volcano. Your naturalist guide will help you to discover the diversity of the rainforest.
- Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge: Drive to Los Chiles, not far from the Nicaraguan border, a region rich in wildlife. Raft the Rio Frio with your naturalist guide through the tropical rainforest – a great opportunity for birdwatching and wildlife viewing. Lunch and refreshments are included. Bring your camera and binocular for possible sightings of howler and spider monkeys, caimans, turtles and numerous species of birds.
- Arenal Volcano Hike: You’ll have dramatic views of one of the world’s most active volcanoes as your naturalist guide leads you through the forest at the base of the volcano, over recent lava flows into the regenerating area destroyed in the eruption of 1968.
- Canopy Tour: Adrenaline-rushing adventure awaits! Gain a new perspective on the rainforest as you “fly” along zip-lines through the tree-tops. Twelve platforms and over 1,000 feet of cable anchored throughout the forest canopy promise plenty of thrills and extensive exploration!

Day 3 - From Arenal to Guanacaste
A scenic drive by private chauffeured car brings you to the banks of the Rio Corobici for a gentle expedition downriver, a great way to encounter the lush vegetation, tropical wildlife and colorful birds of the forest.
Continue to the beautiful Pacific coast beaches of Guanacaste. The northwest coast of the country is celebrated for its hot and sunny climate and an abundance of water sports including snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing and world class sport fishing.
